At Bonfire, every order is aimed to be printed perfectly on high-quality products and shipped in a timely fashion. If an imperfect product is received, it can be corrected. This can be done by selecting "I have an issue with my order" from the Contact Page, filling in the order number and email address used at checkout to locate the order in the system. Once the correct order is found, one of the following reasons for your refund or replacement request can be selected: Change or cancel a recent order, Exchange for a different size, My order hasn't arrived yet, Problem with an order received, Other.
If the campaign batch is still open, there is an option to change or cancel the order. After a campaign’s end date, orders cannot be cancelled as they are already being produced and shipped. Orders from a campaign with Print on Demand enabled can only be changed/cancelled before 11:59 pm EST the day the order was placed.
If the size didn't end up working out for you, a new size can be selected, the shipping address can be verified, and a replacement will be sent. Bonfire does not do product exchanges for different styles. If requesting a replacement, only the item's color and/or size can be changed. If a different product is desired, a refund needs to be requested and then a new order placed.
If an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, the products in the order that need attention can be selected and two images of what was received can be uploaded. One of the entire item and another close enough so the imperfection can easily be seen. After photos are uploaded, a brief description of the issue experienced can be provided. Once the request is approved, a choice between a replacement or a refund will be offered.
Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders placed more than 4 months ago. Due to the custom, print-to-order nature of the business, replacements take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
